DIRECT HIRE RECRUITMENT CYCLE

The initiation of our search process is unique to each client and position.  For Healthcare Administration and Mid Level Practitioner searches, our recruitment cycle is traditionally under four weeks.  Nurse, Medical Assistant or Patient Support searches are typically conducted in 15-30 days.  We feel that no two positions are completely alike.  The success of filling a critical vacancy leans on Vertical Staffing Solutions’ preparedness, competency and open partnership with our client.

OUR REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

For Direct Hire Recruitment Solutions, we are pleased to offer a replacement guarantee if a candidate resigns or is released for performance related circumstances.  The terms of our guarantee will depend on several factors but in any event will not be less than 90 days from the employee’s start date.  While candidate replacement situations are rare, Vertical Staffing Solutions will conduct the search and replacement for no additional retainer or fee to the client.
